You can 'fix' the lag if you have vlc, for 'Last Xmas' just adjust the audio sync up by 300millisecs, it's a bit better. The lag seems to be different depending on the camera they were using.

I thought James did sound good too, especially so early in the morning. I'm not human until about half ten and after a few big coffees.

I thought their voices blended nicely together. And he sounded great singing "Last Christmas" too! Thanks (once again) to the people who post these things on youtube for us. I really appreciate being able to watch them (often many times in a row).

I liked how KT was really getting into it as well. Having a bit of a jig to herself! She was reading off a sheet as well so lay off James doing the same. When you have to regularly remember your own songs it's understandable that you would probably need some sort of prompt. There's lots of songs I know well but I might not necessarily know all the lyrics perfectly!

Ah, cheers for the tip, I'll give it a try! I did actually wonder whether it was only the side view camera that was out of sync.

Another point, the original lyrics are sung by SHANE MCGOWAN, of course you need em written down to y'know, have a clue what to sing.

Aye, Shane sounds proper drunk in the actual song!

Yeah this wasn't very good. James obviously wasn't comfortable with singing the song as it's not suited to his range - yes even JDB has a range!

I'd say he'd have been able to arrange it in such a way that he could sing a good version of it on his own though. Tunstall's mingin'

Leave KT be! There was only the one line I felt he struggled with, the rest sounded fine.
