Yo! Getting pumped to see the boys again! Couldn't care less about Suede, I'm there for the Manics. Might give them a shot on the drive down. Who else will be at this one?

Yes, I will be there! First of four for me and I'll come to DC a few days early just to make a holiday of it.

Nice! Would have like to hit up the Philly show too as I'm from PA, but already had tix to Trey Anastasio Band/Goose that night in Reading. The Met is a great room though, you doing that one too?

If you were asking me - yes I am, if Amtrak is running smoothly on Saturday!

A younger girl and her dad a few people down from me on the rail kept yelling for Faster incessantly between each song, until James finally gave in. He ad-libbed a little quip that ended with something like “you are persistent, and that deserves a reward” and played the first verse solo before launching into The Everlasting. It was a fun little moment!

This was my second show of the tour after Seattle a couple weeks ago - that blew me away, but last night the crowd was next-level and the band responded accordingly. I’ll be following the rest of the tour through TO and I have high hopes - it seems like they’re really settling into these performances and willing to mix things up a bit more.

Difficult to believe that Faster hasn't been played for seven years ...

Edit: 4 years, forgot I missed the RiF tour...
